Antonio Castro has been President of the Brazilian Association of Public Companies (ABRASCA) since 2007. He joined the entity in 2001 and was Vice-President between 2003 and 2007.
Currently Castro is Chairman of the Companhia Souza Cruz’s (a publicly-held company controlled by British American Tobacco) Fiscal Council (since 2008), Main Board Member of the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC), Member of the BM&FBovespa (Stock Exchange) Advisory Committee for Listed Companies and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Investment Analysts and Professionals of the Capital Market (APIMEC). He is also a Board Member of the Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements Committee (CPC) and Chairman of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in Brazil.
After doing his graduate studies in Economics in the University of California – Los Angeles, Antonio Castro returned to Brazil in 1973 to work for Brascan Corporation, initially in the Project Management area and subsequently in the Financial area.
In 1980 he joined Companhia Souza Cruz and has worked for the company (listed since 1946) for 25 years, holding several functions in financial and management positions.
Between 1988 and 1995 he was a Main Board Member of Aracruz Celulose (first Brazilian Company to issue ADR`s) and between 2001 and 2005 he was Investment Director of the Souza Cruz Pension Fund.

Ary is a partner of the firm who is on temporary leave from the Brazilian Bar Association and the firm to dedicate his time entirely to the academic life. He is a full time senior professor at the law School at Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo.

He served as the Chairman of Brazil's Securities Commission (CVM), a judge of the Administrative Court of Taxes and Rates of the State of São Paulo, a member of Brazil's National Monetary Council (CMN), and the President of the Federal Commission for Fiscal Reform. Daniela has broad professional experience in research, asset valuation and has acted in important transactions to raise equity and debt, M&A as well as identified new business opportunities for over a dozen companies and participated in some of Brazil largest and most important transactions in the consumer and retail sector in Brazil. Daniela worked as a sell-side analyst for 17 years covering retail and consumer sectors in Latin America. She worked for some of Latam largest and well-recognized banks, including Santander, Goldman Sachs, Citibank and Raymond James.
In 2013, Daniela transitioned to Investor Relations. Her first role as IRO was in Magazine Luiza where she worked for three years and restrutured and repositioned the company's thesis within the investment community. When Daniela joined Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) shares were quoted at R$7.00 per share and when she left the shares were at R$100.00. The shares have gone up more than fivefold since then. Daniela is the director of Investor Relations at Brazili largest food retailer - Grupo Carrefour Brasil - since June 2017.

A Brazilian citizen, born in November 1956 and the father of four children, David Feffer is a member of the third generation of shareholders in the Suzano Group, where he started working in 1974. Today he is president of Suzano Holding and chairman of the board of directors of Suzano Papel e Celulose.
Feffer studied Company Administration in Brazil and completed specialty courses at Harvard Business School (USA), Columbia University (USA), IMD (Switzerland), The Aspen Institute (USA), Singularity University (USA) and Stanford University (USA).
He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Brazilian Forestry Industry (IBÁ), and of various social and cultural institutions.

With more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Edmar has worked in national and multinational companies, and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFRJ. Before joining Movida, Mr. Lopes worked at Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A., where he joined as Capital Markets Officer in 2011 and later became CFO and Investor Relations Officer. He was Chief Executive Officer of Cetip S/A from August 2013 to April 2017, and a member of the company’s board from 2011 to 2013.

Marc Goedhart is a senior expert in McKinsey & Company’s Amsterdam Office and one of the leaders of the Corporate Finance practice in the Benelux. In addition, Marc is a full professor with an endowed chair in corporate valuation at the Rotterdam School of Management of Erasmus University in The Netherlands. He focuses on corporate strategy and valuation, value-based management and capital structure. Marc has worked for clients in pharma & healthcare, consumer goods, energy and transportation across Europe.
Marc is an author of “Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Valuation of Companies” by T. Koller, M. Goedhart and D. Wessels, which was published in its 6th edition in 2015. He is a member of the editorial board of the quarterly journal McKinsey on Finance and has published extensively in the McKinsey Quarterly and academic journals. Marc has also been a regular contributor to academic courses in finance at various academic institutions in Europe.
Prior to joining McKinsey in 1996, Marc was a assistant professor in the Finance Department at Erasmus University in Rotterdam (NL) and worked for Royal Nedlloyd Group. Marc received his Ph.D. in finance at Erasmus University in 1994 and served as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Navy.

Marcelo Barbosa is the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), as well as the CVM representative on the IOSCO Board. He has a seat on the Financial Stability Board and on the IFRS Monitoring Board and is a member of the Brazilian Technical Commission of Currency and Credit (COMOC), of the Brazilian Market Regulators Committee (COREMEC), of the Brazilian Council for Private Insurance (CNSP) and of the Brazilian Committee of Financial Education (CONEF). Mr. Barbosa is an attorney by formation, with relevant experience on corporate law and securities markets, and has acted as arbitrator in numerous arbitral proceedings. From 1993 to 2000, he was industry and quoted companies editor for the Gazeta Mercantil, which is no longer published.

He is currently a member, but since 2013 until March 2018, he was the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio Grande do Sul and Vice-President of The American Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo.
EXECUTIVE POSITIONS
As an executive he worked with Gerdau Group a steel producer with operations in 14 countries and more than 9 million tons of crude steel capacity, from 1986 through January of 2013, when he retired. In this Group he started as financial Director and after that became an Executive Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee that used to run the Group.
Before joining Gerdau, for almost ten years, he worked for the Iochpe Group in many different positions such as investors relation manager, Director of International Operations in the Bank when Bankers Trust was a relevant share holder, Executive Director of a Leasing Company and finally as Director of the M&A Área.
Through out his carrear he has been invited do speak in domestic and international events related to capital markets and more recently about Corporate Governance.
In parallel to his activities as an executive, he used to teach for almost ten years at the Federal University in aundergraduated and graduated courses.
He has been awarded with prizes such as the “ Equilibrista” granted by Instituto Brasileiro de Executivos Financeiros due to his performance as a financial executive and was elected twice as the best “CFO” of Latin America by Institutional Investor Magazine when he still was, when he still was an executive.

Paulo Cezar Aragão is one of BMA’s founding partners. His practice is focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, commercial arbitration and international transactions.
Paulo has been named for more than five years a “star individual” in Corporate Law/M&A according to Chambers Global and Latin America Guides. Over the course of his career, he has taken part in some of the biggest mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, and his clients include major national and international companies doing business in a variety of sectors, such as energy, education, food & beverages, mining & metals, stock exchanges, hygiene and beauty & cosmetics.
Paulo was during several years the Geral Counsel and Managing Director of one of the largest and most successful private equity firms in Brazil (GP Investments). He also acted as General Counsel of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM – Comissão de Valores Mobiliários).

PH Zabisky is a partner and CEO of MZ, one of the world’s largest investor relations companies and leader in Brazil, in which the private equity fund Jardim Botânico is a partner. He graduated in Company Administration at the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP-SP), holds an MBA from IBMEC/Insper São Paulo and specialized in Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School (Boston, USA).

Roberto Dias Carneiro is a partner in BMA's Corporate Law practice area. He joined the firm in 2004 and has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A. His previous experience includes work as an intern and then as a corporate attorney in private practice (1997-2004), as an intern in the controller's department of the investment firm Banco InvestCorp S.A., and as an intern with the economic consulting firm Galanto (1995-1996).
He acts for national and international clients and has taken part in some of the largest M&A transactions in Latin America. His clients do business in sectors such as financial services, steelmaking, textiles, construction, energy and agriculture.

Joined Gerdau in 2008 and is now Senior Investor Relations Manager, responsible for Gerdau’s quoted company registration in the capital markets of Brazil, the United States and Spain. He also provides services for analysts and global investors. His professional experience includes a further four years working in investor relations for two other global companies. Maia is a graduate in Computing Science and holds an MBA in Finance from FGV, São Paulo.

Ronnie Nogueira, with background in Economics and Communication, is founding partner of IMF Editora; publisher and editorial director of RI - Relações com Investidores magazine.

Simone Azevedo is a founding partner of the magazine Capital Aberto, the first independent publication providing coverage of the capital market. She started her career in 1997, at Agência Estado, as assistant editor for the Quoted Companies online service. She then moved to Gazeta Mercantil, where she worked as a reporter covering quoted companies. She left Gazeta Mercantil in 2003 to found Capital Aberto. She has an MBA in capital markets from FIPECAFI/USP and she was awarded a Bovespa Journalism prize in 2000 and 2003, the Animec Press Prize 2005, Successful People in the Press category (Banco Hoje magazine) in 2005 and Apimec Press Prizes in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Tiago Isaac is a superintendent at B3, responsible for building up the primary capital market in Brazil in both the debt and equities (IPOs) segments. Coordinates B3’s relationships with listed companies, investment banks and private equity companies, and heads market initiatives for the Novo Mercado, remote voting and liquidity promotion. He is currently coordinator of the Advisory Chamber on Listing, a member of the ABRASCA Steering Committee and a member of the Advisory Council to ABVCAP. He was formerly Strategic Planning executive in various companies, including B3 and Bunge Alimentos. He is a graduate in Company Administration and specialized in the areas of Governance and Strategy.

Valder Nogueira is Managing Director of the wholesale banking division (Global Corporate Banking – GCB) at Banco Santander. His responsibilities include heading the investment analysis team in equity research, since 2012, and he also leads the Latin American companies analysis team for TMT (Telecoms, Media and Technology). Valder headed Santander’s TMT team from 2005 to 2008, and returned to the bank in 2010. Between 2008 and 2010, he was head TMT analyst at Banco ItauBBA.
Before starting his career as an investment analyst, Valder worked in investor relations at Embratel and Brasil Telecom. Prior to that, he worked for Banco Pactual (now BTG Pactual), where his jobs included investment analyst, institutional clients salesman and editor. Valder started his career as an intern at Merrill Lynch (in Austin, Texas). He graduated in Finance at the University of Texas, Austin, in 1993.
