T he initial goal of increasing gross revenue from R$500 million to R$1 billion was achieved within just three years (2010) by its expanding production capacity and entering new segments, such as bathroom chinaware and concrete roofing tiles. Once the goal was met, the Company launched the plan’s second phase by drawing on the strength of its brand and its broad network of over 16,000 points of resale.

The guidelines of the Program are: (i) organic growth to expand its current capacities to sell more of the same; (ii) diversified organic growth to incorporate new products in the portfolio by drawing on the capacities of third parties or on in-house development; and (iii) inorganic growth by acquiring other companies in the construction materials industry.
