ANNUAL REPORT 2012
4.44.164.17

Since 2007 Eternit has been mapping out its principal public audiences. This identification process took place, among other factors, as a result of the Company’s adhesion to the principles of the UN Global Compact,, and was carried out using the AA1000 methodology method, developed by the Institute of Social and Ethical Accountability (ISEA), in London.

4.15

As a result, the following public audiences were defined: suppliers, class entities, competitors, government and society, surrounding community, the academic world, the press, capital markets and investors, employees and customers and consumers. Since then, Eternit has been intensifying engagement with these public audiences, improving and developing new communication and relationship channels.
