  • Melhor Empresa em Atendimento ao Consumidor (Best Consumer Attendance Company)

  • The company rose two positions in the Exame/IRBC 2014 ranking in terms of client attendance, drawn up by the Instituto Ibero-Brasileiro de Relacionamento com Cliente (Ibero-Brazilian Institute for Client Relationship) in partnership with Exame magazine. Walmart came in 14th place, which ensured its leadership in the supermarket category.
  • Empresas que mais respeitam o consumidor (Companies which most respect the consumer)

  • For the second consecutive year, Walmart was the hypermarket chosen in a survey carried out by the magazine Consumidor Moderno.
  • Prêmio Época e ReclameAQUI (Época and ReclameAQUI award)

  • This prize was created to encourage organizations to pursue excellence in attendance, and it brings together more than 70,000 companies chosen by a popular vote. Sam’s Club was highlighted by consumers as the best company in the Warehouse Membership Club category in 2014, with 11,843 votes.
  • Empresas Notáveis (Outstanding Companies)

  • A unique study carried out by the Centro de Inteligência Padrão – CIP (Center for Standard Intelligence) for the Consumidor Moderno magazine identified the 15 best Brazilian companies which are consistent in all their organizational activities and provide shareholders and consumers with solid results. Walmart led in the Investment and Value areas, both in the Super and Hypermarket categories, and appeared as the most outstanding in its segment.
